Photos coming out blue on LG ultimus phone

This is probably caused by the phone camera's white balance setting. On mine, in camera mode, there's a button beneath one the that looks like crosshairs. It usually says AW, but may look like a light bulb, sun, fluorescent bulb, or a cloud. When you press this button it opens a menu letting you choose between 'auto,' 'incandescent,' 'daylight,' 'fluorescent,' and 'cloudy-daylight'. Most people are fine leaving this on 'auto,' but with some phones, it doesn't balance very well, so you should change it to whatever option gives you the best-looking result.

If you can't find the right menu, look around the camera app for anything called "white balance."
