Hello your windows system is damaged, or the harddrive is failing.

You need to install windows again, to make the pc running again.

The other solution is to use a rescue cd, and try to repair windows

When downloaded burn the iso file to a disc, and let he pc boot from it.
With the programs on the disk you can save some of you files on the harddrive, if its not damaged.
Typical bootmgr missing is caused by virus and trojans, or a failing harddrive.
I can`t give you a guaranty this will work, but a new install of windows will.

You will need this site for the drivers, for the mainboard.
Just enter the mainboard number.
The files from the site needs to be unziped before you install them.

You can download the drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers that matches your Windows operating system. Please click on this link to their WEB support site : -

1.Insert the Windows XP CD-ROM into the CD drive, and then restart the computer.
2.Click to select any options that are required to start the computer from the CD drive if you are prompted.
3.When the "Welcome to Setup" screen appears, press R to start the Recovery Console.
4.Press 1 (One) to select windows XP and then hit enter.
5.When you are prompted, type the Administrator password. If the administrator password is blank, just press ENTER.
6.At the command prompt, Type
compact /U C:\bootmgr
compact /U C:\ntldr

go to a torrent and upload and save the Windows XP program to your hard drive. Try to install it from your hard drive but use your own Serial Number

Try to use some soft to get info about your PC for example: Everest, SiSoft Sandra, HWiNFO... Hope some of this apps wil recognize your graphics adapter.
