You shuld go to your provaider and change new sim card with your number then you can make new code . no other way for that the code its block into the network wen you change the sim you will have new sim serial then the network will accept your new baring code.

1. Find "Change password"

• Press Apps.
• Press Phone.
• Press the Menu key.
• Press Call settings.
• Press Additional settings.
• Press Call barring.
• Press Voice call.
• Press the Menu key.
• Press Change password.

2. Change barring password

• Press Old password and key in your current barring password (default is 0000).
• Press New password and key in a new barring password.
• Press Confirm password and key in the new barring password again.
• Press OK.

3. Exit

• Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

To get call barring password you need to contact your service provider.They will give you the call barring password.

While you get the call barring password, service provider will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the password.

call barring password normally is 0000 or 1234 / 00000 or 12345

Default call barring password is 1234..To change the password go to settings then call barring. Select options then edit password. Enter current password then new password two times to confirm. Make sure to remember the password.
To activate call barring dial *33*1234# if your password is 1234, then press send/call. To deactivate dial #33*1234# then press send/call.

"The barring password is required when using the Call barring service. See Security settings, 48. It has 4 digits.
If the codes or passwords are not supplied with the SIM card, contact your local service provider'.
