I need help with a Wii game but that is playing on the wii u game system and here is what I need help with - Hi I was playing my Disney Epic Mickey 2 Wii on the Wii U and my Wii U is fine but my game froze in the Disney Gulch Ghost part and I cleaned the disc and put it in and tried it and started the that was fine until i opened my file on the game that I have saved on the game and it started in the same spot and it is in the same spot when you first opened or loaded the file and I can't get it to move on or anything the sound is fine and other stuff but it froze and the only way i can move on is to restart the game and start a new file which I don't really want to so How the heck do I get this fixed? Cause I love this game and if I have to start a new file that's fine but I would rather not! Thanks P.S. In this Picture I took of where I am n the game and it's stuck aka froze there and normally Micky would be a lot smaller cause he is going through back in time on one of the old film reels

This happens to me all the time. The connection port for the nunchuck and/or remote is loose from normal (sometimes abnormal) wear and tear. Unfortunately your best option will be to purchase new controllers, especially if it happens a lot. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but take better care of the new controllers when you get them.
That problem may have been caused by lag, sometimes when there are too many things happening at once in a video game, lag can occur and the game may freeze. If that's not the case, then you may need to restart the Wii if the problem persists. Other than that, it may just be a game glitch. Give it a few days of rest, then start playing again to see if it works. Sorry, but that's all I got if this didn't help.
Sometimes times the scripts on the disc gets messed up without staff noticing, DO NOT TRY TO CLEAN THE DISC IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!! Instead replace it. It is a Wii you will not lose data!
That's hardly an operating system issue that you're working through; try Wii forums, etc. where you can talk about, for example, registering the primary controller and using that, what generation Wiimote you're using, etc... Contrawise the game may be picky about from what range you use the controller; Wii sports are very lax on both the depth at which they address the sport and pickiness about controllers.
