Try this to check the wireless.
Click on start> Control panel> network and internet connection> from left pane click on view network connection after that right click on the wireless adopter icon and select enable.
this will resolve the issue if it is not helpful
try to check wireless driver from
1) Go to Start, right click My Computer and then click on Properties.
2) System Properties window will appear. Go to Hardware tab and click Device Manager.
3) Device Manager window will appear, and you can check all hardware drivers' status here. Scroll down and look for Network adapters and expand it, then right click the wireless adapter you want to check and click Properties.

Try booting with the disk that came with the computer and start over with a fresh install of windows

have you try to remove the battery and just used the charger itself, Lots of HP laptops will give you windows errors when the battery itself it's going bad, So removing the battery should eliminate the first issue and maybe the second one.Please let me know what happen you try to turn the laptop on without the battery.
maybe it is referring to the internal cmos battery on the motherboard . Just a thought not familar with HP error messages .
