How do you delete block numbers from the handset? I put in the blocks and now it says memory full- I need to delete a few of them

To clear all blocked calls from your Panasonic KX-TG7871 phone, follow these steps:

1. Press the "Menu" button on the handset.
2. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to "Settings" and press "Select".
3. Scroll to "Call Block" and press "Select".
4. Scroll to "Block List" and press "Select".
5. Use the up and down arrows to highlight the number you want to unblock.
6. Press the "Erase" button, then press "Yes" to confirm.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all numbers you want to unblock.
8. When you are finished, press the "Off" button to exit the menu.

Note that if you want to clear all blocked calls, you will need to go through the list and erase each number individually. There is no option to clear the entire block list at once.

When the phone system is in standby (no calls in or out), press Call Block (the middle button in the bottom row of keys) on a handset. Press the Up/Down arrows to choose Block a single number or Block a range of numbers. Press the soft key for select. Press Menu (right soft key) and use the arrow keys to highlight Erase All. Press Select. Then confirm the deletions twice by highlighting Yes and pressing Select each time. You will need to repeat the steps to delete the calls in each of the Call Block databases. Press Off to exit the menu.

Do you mean the KX-TGE430? This is the base for the KX-TGE432, KX-TGE433, and KX-TG3634. To delete numbers from the Call Block, press the Call Block key (bottom right of the handset). Choose the single number or range of number option using the arrow keys. Press Select (a soft key - see the display). Use the arrow keys to highlight a number or block of numbers in the list. Press the soft key for Delete. Highlight Yes and press the soft key for Select. Press Off when done. Alternatively, after entering either the single number or range of number call block section, press Menu. Then choose Erase All. Highlight Yes and press Select.

USING THE HANDSET menu

1 CALL BLOCK
2 SELECT "Block a single number" or "Block range of numbers"
3 Select the desired entry.

A After viewing, press OFF to exit.
B To edit a number: EDIT a Edit the number. SAVE OFF
OR.....
C To erase a number: ERASE : "Yes" SELECT a MOFFN

With the handset in standby mode, press Menu (on the right below the LCD screen). Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate to Call Block. Press Select (the same as Menu). Navigate with the Up/Down arrows to highlight the line Block List and press Select again. Navigate to the line Review with the Up/Down arrows and press Select. Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate to the blocked number that you wish to delete. Press the Mute/Delete button (the center button below 0). You should hear a confirmation tone and either the next number in the block list or list empty should appear on the LCD screen. (You can't delete the entire list at once.)

The stored block numbers should be saved. The database is in the base's memory. Since the KX-TG6843 base can support a total of 6 KX-TGA680S handsets, you can purchase and register 3 new handsets. If needed, you can de-register the old ones from any working handset and then add even more. See page 35 of the manual, ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg6841_mul_om.pdf . if your directory is full, you will need to delete one or two saved numbers in order to add another.

Remove the power cell, let it sit a few minutes and reinstall the battery. That should clear the memory. If not; contact the manufacture for assistance.,

I have a KX-TG7644. Had to look harder for the Call Block directory. The manual really didn't help much. Press "Menu", go down to "Initial Settings", go to "Call Block". You can access the list and delete all or part to open up memory space. I had to do this after all the election calls.

Go to Menu-Initial settings click Select button. scroll to Call Block hit Select ,then Scroll for numbers you want to Unblock..
