Put a garage sell ad in your local paper stating when and where the garage sell is going to be held. Sometimes you pay a minimal city fee. We usually have to pay $5.00 to the city where we live. Put up garage sell signs in your neighborhood and near your home. Good Luck! God Bless!

U.S. Federal law prevents any member of Congress from receiving a starting retirement annuity of more than 80% of his or her final salary. That alone makes clear that no member of Congress is able to collect 100% of their salary if they do not serve more than one termregardless of whythey did not serve more than one term. A retired member of Congress can never collect more than 80% of their final salary prior to retiring -- ever.

In the case of Traditional IRAs, you deposit contributions without taxes, therefore, if you cash them out before the age of 59 and a half, you will pay income taxes for the whole amount, plus a 10% penalty.
In the case of Roth IRAs, instead, you have already payed income taxes, so you will be able to withdraw the amount you have invested, tax-free. However, if you also want the earnings, you need to wait 5 years from the first contribution you made. Otherwise the contributions will be taxed as income.
Also in this case, though, if you withdraw before the age of 59 and a half you will pay a 10% penalty.
There are, however, conditions that allow you to freely withdraw your IRAs, which are for example medical expenses, educational costs, first home purchases etc. You can check with your accountant if your needs are listed among these exceptions.

Using IRA to pay off debt is definitely not recommended. Withdrawing your IRA before the age of 59 and a half will probably result in your losing about 33% or more of your IRA for a combination of taxes and early cashing penalties, and you would at the same time lose your retirement funds.
A better solution would be, for example, cutting on your IRA contributions and use the money instead to pay off the debts. This way you don't pay penalties or taxes, and at the same time save whatever you have earned or deposited in your IRA

A lifetime mortgage is where the
capital and interest are not repaid. The interest is rolled up with the capital, which increases the debt every year. The loans are typically not repaid until the borrower has died, so this mortgage is usually only for people who are retired.

Although early retirement starts at 62, Medicare starts at age 65 unless you are disabled.

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct.
