Cappuccino and latte T-discs do not empty out.

I have a Tassimo beverage maker. I have tried several different times. Only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the contents empty from the creamer T-discs each time I make a cappuccino or latte coffee. I've tried cleaning the bar code reader, shaking the discs vigorously and cleaning the machine up, but it still doesn't empty the contents. How can I get it back to working flawlessly as it did for the first year of opperation

I have the same problem.  Someone told me to get descaling stuff and descale it - will try today.  But I've cleaned everything else.  Am tired of burning my fingers squeezing out the rest of the fluid!

    Hi Noel,

Same problem here. I wonder if you ever solved yours? Please share if so.
BTW I think what is left in the disc is more hot water plus milk rather than just milk, not that this matters too much.

We miss the foam on our cappuccino! And like noel5, all was fine for over a year.

Just change the order of T-Discs. Milk first and espresso last, which will solve the issue. I think the problem is about the lack of hot water during making a cup of drink.

Do you have it set to MANUAL????? if it's on manual, it only puts so much water into the disc, therefore allowing you to customize the flavour and amount. If you have it set on manual and not AUTOMATIC, this could be the problem!? HTH!!!!

Why is tassimo leaking and it's brand new!

if it's still under warranty, I suggest taking it back, it could have a crack or a seal damaged.

Machine starts but only a very small fraction of the water come through the water tank is not going down although its making the correct sounds

try unscrewing the water mains from the taps and check that the gauze filters arent blocked.this problem is common in houses with water tanks and most common went when the tank is getting low or has ran out

How do I descale braun tassimo?

Fill the water tank to the top and add your descaling solution,
Insert the cleaning disc
Press and hold the button on the front.

The descaling program will then run - it will take some time to complete and you may need to refill the water tank before the descaling program has finished.
