After a power outage oven will no longer work

Power was out for aprox 6 hrs. when power came back on oven readout panel said F 1 E 1. I can't set clock or oven. It will set for about 10 seconds then start beeping and flashing F1 E1. Reading the tech sheet for this error code it said to unplug for more than 30 sec then try again if it still shows code replace control. Could it be a fuse? Is this something I can do myself? The burners still work . It is a Whirlpool Self Cleaning oven Super Capacity 465

F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

Error code F1_E1 is displayed due to electronic oven control failure and the only way to solve this problem is by replacing the control board which is bad. Sorry for the bad news but hope you understand... Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Oven is two weeks old. Town had a power outage we reset at breaker but still just beeps once and nothing happens

power outages cause power surges when the power comes back on
this surge generally manages to fry the power/control board
I suggest that you get the services of the service centre to come out and check it out.

Wolf ovens getting err message after power outage

I had a Wolf 30F wall oven with a similar problem
after power outage. It wouldnt stop beeping with error message related
to temperature control. My solution was to turn power of at circuit
panel, then reset by pressing and holding the clear button for 5
seconds.

Also note: in my case I had to close the display
before switching the panel off. When I tried to the reset process with
the panel showing, it wouldn\'t reset.

To reset other
various parts of the control panel Instructions said:

Time-of-Day Clock

Immediately after the oven is installed, set
the 12-hour clock to the current time of day. It may need to be reset
after a prolonged power failure. The clock is visible on the control
panel during all modes. If the upper oven timer is set, the clock will
not be visible in the upper oven control panel display.

SETTING CLOCK

1) Touch CLOCK.

2) Touch number pads to
set current time of day.

3) Touch CLOCK or ENTER to start
clock.

24-HOUR CLOCK

The time-of-day clock can be
changed from a 12-hour clock to a 24-hour clock. After the clock has
been set, touch TEMPERATURE for three seconds, touch CLOCK, and then
touch ENTER. Follow the same sequence to change back to the standard
12-hour clock setting.

Fahrenheit to Celsius

The
oven can be changed from Fahrenheit (°F) temperature to Celsius
(°C).

Due to a power outage i am now not able to set the

Yes you must unplug this stove wait for 5 minutes and the plug it back up, push the off button and this should reset the oven, if that does not work the circuit breaker has been tripped, it may look to be in the on postition, but you will need to move to the off postion and back to the on postion this should correct the problem

Thermador SC302 double oven the top oven is not getting hot

We've had the same problem. I contacted a local sales room and they contacted their rep who promptly mailed the replacement parts I requested (I'd looked up the part numbers already). Now I'm waiting to find someone who will reasonably do the work.

A few days ago, there was a power outage at my home/neighborhood. After the electricity came back ( after 30 minutes ) ...the digital clock ( control panel) on my oven set at LOCK and I cant open my oven...

Sounds like when the power came back on the surge burned out some electrical coponents in the control board. I would suggest taking it to the repair shop.
