1998 licoln continental driver side back passenger windows not working

I could see one window not working from a broken wire inside the door flex , but not both back windows . Back windows are controlled by LF door module . Both back windows have different grounds - LR G200 an RR G201 . Also both rear window switches have different power supply's .RR switch fuse # 18 30 amp . LR is fuse b# 9 40 amp . Both window motors or switche's going out at same time ???? wouldn't think so .
  • Driver door module circuits open/shorted.
  • Loose, corroded connectors.
  • Damaged window regulator control switch.
  • Damaged window regulator electric drive.
  • Open fuse in fuse junction panel Fuse 39 (10A), 28 (10A), 30 (10A).
  • Open fuse in power distribution box Fuse 9 (40A), 10 (40A), 8 (40A).
  • Glass, Frames and Mechanisms

    Inspection and Verification
    1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the power windows/heated back window to duplicate the condition.
    1. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

      VISUAL INSPECTION CHART Mechanical Electrical
      • Front door power window regulator damaged.
      • Front window run damaged.
      • Front door window glass out of window run.
      • Front door window glass broken.
      • Driver door module circuits open/shorted.
      • Loose, corroded connectors.
      • Damaged window regulator control switch.
      • Damaged window regulator electric drive.
      • Open fuse in fuse junction panel Fuse 39 (10A), 28 (10A), 30 (10A).
      • Open fuse in power distribution box Fuse 9 (40A), 10 (40A), 8 (40A).
      • Scratched grid.
    1. If inspection reveals an obvious concern that is readily serviced, correct the concern before continuing with Inspection and Verification.
    1. If the concern remains after inspection, connect the Rotunda New Generation Star (NGS) Tester 007-00500 or equivalent to the data link connector (DLC) located beneath the instrument panel to perform DATA LINK DIAGNOSTICS test. If the NGS responds with NO RESPONSE/NOT EQUIPPED for the driver door module, go to Pinpoint Test A . If the NGS responds with NO RESPONSE/NOT EQUIPPED for the lighting control module, go to Pinpoint Test B . If the DATA LINK DIAGNOSTICS test is passed for the drivers door module and lighting control module, retrieve continuous DTCs and execute Self Test Diagnostics for the driver door module and lighting control module to retrieve current DTCs.
    1. If self test is passed and no DTCs are retrieved, go to the Symptom Chart to continue diagnostics.
    1. If DTCs are retrieved, go to the Driver Door Module (DDM) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index or Lighting Control Module (LCM) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index to continue diagnostics.
    1. If the driver door module cannot be accessed by the NGS, GO to Pinpoint Test A . If the lighting control module cannot be accessed by the NGS, go to Pinpoint Test B .
Rotunda Service Bay Diagnostic System (SBDS®) 001-00001 may also be used to diagnose this system.
    • Power Windows Completely Inoperative
    • Supply open or shorted.
    • Ground open.
    • Window regulator control switch inoperative.
    • Circuits open or shorted.
    • Window regulator electric drive inoperative.

Dryer wont heat up.

i don't know. first make sure the control selector knob is turning the timer shaft. gently wiggle and pull the knob off.
look where the flat side of shaft is. put knob back on and turn in half way around. remove the knob again to see if flat side of shaft has also moved to opposite side. i took a dryer apart yesterday and all checked out OK. lastly i checked control knob and the darn thing was slipping. cost me fifty cents for a replacement knob at ReStore ;-))
--- reset electrical source at electrical panel. if you have
fuses in a smaller dedicated dryer box, i had one with good 30 amp fuses. i called appliance dealer and they said 'change the small 6x8 inch box. i did. it worked.
before a box change, just use electrical meter to ensure
both 110 volt wires are alive. if they are, it is OK. it might be a broken heating element or a 'high temperature fuse' that needs to be replaced.

Dometic 2652 has no power from generator or shore power fuses are good have been troubleshooting but no luck

At what voltage? 12 v DC or 110 VAC? Have you checked the circuit breaker in the power distribution panel? Is the outlet the 110 volt cord connected to hot? Is the 12 volt converter producing voltage? The only thing that exists between those components is wire. Look for the not so obvious problems like a wire pulled out of the back of the plug the 110 v cord is connected to or inside the power distribution panel for wiring problems.

Washer doesn't start / lights up. Breaker is OK, electrical outlet too... What could be the problem ?? Control Board.. Fuse

More than likely it is the computer board. However it can be also caused by the main power switch or the door interlock switch. There is no fuse, the main power supply is part of the computer board. The switches are very easy to check but the front display panel of the dish washer needs to be disassembled as access to the main computer board is required. A multimeter it is also required for the switch verification. Make sure the main power cord of the dishwasher has been unpluged. Removing the front display panel it is not difficult. Once the front display panel is removed you have access to the main power switch and the door interlock switch. Unplug the power cord from the dishwasher and remove the connectors from both switches. Verify continuity on both switches using the multimeter. If you have electronics back ground skills you can also verify if the main computer board has power; for this you need to have both switches connected and the door interlock switch latched. You should be able to measure 110 volts AC on the two wires comming out of the main power switch connecting to the comptuter board.

Good luck!

Which is the fuse number for electric windows and sunroof??

The power roof is Fuse #30. The power windows are probably controlled by a fuse located in the small fuse panel located on top of the battery. The car's electrical system is controlled by a 110 amp fuse and circuit breaker.

Bosch dishwasher SHE44CO2UC/22 no power or light, no response to the power on. We have checked fuse box and electrical supply. Is this an electrical panel problem? Is there a "fuse" to the dishwasher?

Hi sir,
first thing to say is that whether it may be an short circuit between circuits,,or due to an over voltage the fuse may be burnt,,please check the control panel..back of dishwasher,,,
if u checked fuse and circuit,,and think no problem with incoming voltage ,,the control panel's capacitors or resistors may be burnt..
if so please go to a tech,,,,,
thank u,,,for using fixya
