and do a "search" for '1020' and then select the '1020 printer',
and then download the device-drivers, and burn them to a CD.

Enter your make and model and then select drivers and downloads.

CD you are taking about drive to install did you know you can instal from safe mode try it and if no work come back here

You don't need to load the spesific driver for a1020 hp you can load the driver for a hp laserjet series II. All hp printers use the same engin to print some printers just have more options.

hello it was related to printer software printer so pls reinstall the last printer driver of the printer and set a setting in property pls re instal the driver
