What does the red light blinking on the front of the machine mean/
That probably means the bobbin thread supply is running low. See page 217 in your Instructions Manual.

Try posting a Wanted ad on eBay. I'm sure one will pop up sooner or later. Also phone around Pfaff dealers - they may have a traded 7570 that is no longer working and have a spare manual from that. Just wondering what the chances of locating a non-working Pfaff machine are - probably zero!!! - they are such well-made and reliable machines, aren't they? But sure worth a try anyway.
I am confident that your manual will turn up eventually. It's not the sort of thing that gets thrown away. You probably had it on a bookshelf with other books and it is packed with them somewhere!
