Try to hold the power button down until the tablet reboots.

First try and hold the power button down until it switches off and then turn it back on and see if you can unlock it.
If you can't unlock it then you can do a recovery this is how
when it is switched off hold the volume up and the hold the power button until you see a recovery screen with options there you will see a option to recover.

If it's frozen, press and hold the power button for about 10-20 seconds and it should hard reset the tablet.
