In Nokia 3110c and 6300 the problem of Music occurs again and again .There are many possible thing to cause this like using mmc of more than 512mb(1gb is acceptable),transfer of files via bluetooth etc.So, to fix this first download Oxygen Software :: Download and install it to your pc.secondly, open the oxycube interface >>> Hidden files>>> and delete all the dbmusic which is seen inside the folder.Restart the phone and try to start the music player.Good luck.
Nokia always support AAC format song. Even others also like MP3,mp4 etc. If you face the problem in normal version then setup your PC suits in your laptop after that connect the mobile and transfer all the song in AAC format in your mobile. Thanks.
Hi Friend, Actually u can transfer directly from your Laptop to mobile around 10 mb.U can use the Nokia PC suite and transfer the files from PC to Laptop or Vice versa.

After installing u will be getting a in the desktop as nokia pc suite double click it and connect the mobile as per the steps given over there (its user friendly).
Then u can access the mobile from Notebook and transfer the files.
Here is a link to the Nokia PC Software Suite. http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/product-support/nokia-6300/pc-software
As long as you have the USB cord from the phone to the computer after you download that it should guide you through the steps to transfer whatever data you want moved
The great thing about the 6300 is that you can connect your phone direct to any PC via USB cable or Bluetooth if you have the software on your computer and also use Bluetooth between your friend's phones in the vicinity of yourself, to transfer music/pictures etc on to your phone. You may not even need the software (Nokia PC Suite)...as it sometimes just comes up as Nokia Phone Browser in MyComputer on PCs. Just connect the cable, select Nokia mode, and transfer whatever you like to either your phone or the Memory Card that the 6300's should come equipped with. You can shorten the Mp3 files if you don't want quite so long Ring or Message tones using music editing software. Hope that helps :)
