How do you change the + sign to a < or > or greater than and or equal to sign when graphing an equation..where it makes the shading and stuff? i tried 2nd math and went down to the < sign but it wont stay changed...please help need it for school.. anyone?
In the Y= editor press Left to highlight the = sign, then press ENTER to cycle through the plot styles. Your choices are Line, Thick Above, Below, Path, Animate, and Dot.
Press the Apps button and liik for the Inequalz application, and press [ENTER] to run it. If you do not find it, you must download it from education.ti.com >Downloads>Software and Apps >TI83/TI84 Plus Family.
Use the TI Connect software to transfer it to your calculator.
When you run Inequalz you should be aware that it will taker over the graphing capabilities from the native OS, and that you will have to unload it from memory if you want to recover the native graphing capabilities.
