Hi, follow the steps to get your product paired. Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE Note: To turn off headset With the headset power off, press and hold the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the blue indicator light turns on and remains steadily lit. on your phone go into menu look for connectons or bluetooth turn this function on then hold down hook button(big button with phone symbol) on the bluetooth until it stays solid (mic still folded in) then flip out the mic then pair phone phone will usually ask bond or pair with headset select yes enter passcode 0000

I disabled the bluetooth from my phone. I then turned off my phone and rebooted it. Once the phone was turned back on, I paired it up with the bluetooth and then it worked. So disabling and removing everything and starting over worked.
