Blackberry Curve 8310 Unlocking Instructions

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Blackberry Curve 8310 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Blackberry Curve 8310 mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 - Switch on your Blackberry Curve 8310 with any Sim card and Turn off all Wireless connections.
2 - Go to Settings.
3 - Go to Options.
4 - Select Advanced Options.
5 - Select SIM Card.
6 - Type MEPD using your Blackberry Curve 8310 keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD),

8 - You will then be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the Unlock Code and press in the track wheel / jog dial to confirm,

Reset your blackberry phone, if that problem still occured try to unlock your blackberry network using blackberry curve 8310 unlock code. You can get blackberry unlock code from your network provider or you can buy from third party sites if you don't want to wait for a couple of weeks.

it is not a hardware or a software issue it could be a problem with the UBS port on the handheld or on the laptop or it could be a problem with the USB cable.

The memory card can be accessed by pressing the Blackberry button and choosing SIM address book. If you want you can then transfer them to the phone memory.

While the 8310 BB do not come standard with the OS to let you create your own videos you can dwonload OS 4.5 to your CPU and then download the new OS to your phone. I did this two days ago and it works really well...I can now look at youtube.com as well...very cool.
