The Wi-Fi connection requires installing a Wireless Mobile Utility to the smart device prior to use. And the Utility must be On.
Compatible OSs: iOS 6.0 or later, Android 2.3 or later
The Wi-Fi connection will be disabled if:
The battery charge is low
A memory card is not inserted
An Eye-Fi card is inserted

Page 27 of the user manual says:
Lower the flash by gently pushing it down. When not taking pictures, lower the flash.

Call Nikon they can fix it they ask you to send it to them and they tekk you how much you send it and they fix and mail it back it shouldnt cost that much nothing is broke.
I think you may have deleted the folders from your memory card. The camera could be looking for the folder to put the photo into, and this error comes up instead of one about the folder.
