Error 306 is happening each time i try to print document.

You can try see if this may do it.

Go to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.

In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the right

Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".

Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".

Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.

Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.

Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.

The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: Automatic

That error message usually means you have a communication error. Make sure that the printer is plugged in, powered-on, and properly connected to your computer. Then try printing again
If that doesn't work, try this:
1. Start Home Applications, go to Utilities, select Utility Printer Setup
2. Hold down the "option" key and click on "More Printers" button
3. From the main menu, select "Advanced"
4. In the next dialog box, under Device: select field "LPD / LPR Host or Printer"
5. In the device of the "URL:" lpd://PCName/PrinterShareName
6. Click the "Add
If that doesn't work either, check your router settings.

frist u should check your printer port is install o r not in your computer . right mouse click on my computer then click onhardwere, then click
port,if not stall there is yello sign. instail it.

try to unplug it for a little bit and plug it back in and try it again let me know how this works

Do the following:

Try a different usb cable.

Plug the cable into a different USB port.

Try disconnecting printer power cable for ten minutes.

Unplug computer power cord for ten minutes and restart.

Reinstall printer drivers.

If that all did not work, test the printer on a different computer, to find out if it is faulty or not.

It is possible that your ink cartridge is damaged. Try using an old ink cartridge that worked before and try to print again.Even if the ink cartridge you are using is full of ink, when sensitive electrical components are damaged, it wouldn't work.

You can also try using a different printer to rule out the possibility that your computer is the problem.
