Mine has a 12V 4A power supply. This is not generally available as a generic replacement, due to the high current required. Good luck!

oh yeas these emachines have a bad power supply all you neet is to go to a local computer store and get a new one worked on mine

Remove and reseat all memory, power and processor.
Check your power supply and if good check the board for bad Caps.
