H/p is for headphone. It automatically turn the speakers of when headphones are used. Might have a bad connection on the head phone jack board, or your 1yr old put some thing metal in the jack. Try using a head phones.
Did you try to reset the unit? Resetting the unit has fixed every problem I have ever had......turn off unit.....hold down A+B at the same time then turn the unit back on...hold buttons for roughly 3 seconds....Let me know if it works.
you need to check your speakers connections to make sure nothing is touching and all is connected right and not to have to many spkrs on the channels, also only have the skrs on that you are using, make sure zone 2 / 3 are off and multi volm is turned down
1. check if the amp is in PROTECTION mode (might be a bad speaker or shorted output)
2. check the 'MUTE' switch
3. try to use the FM/AM mode to isolate an input source. If there is sound then check input source.
4. ...still no sound have a techinician check it.
