A New problem I face with mcafee Antivirus 8.5.0.i

The client Pc's are installed with windows XP
The Antivirus we use is Mcafee 8.5.0.i with Antispyware 8.5i
we scanned and removed some viruses like trojan recently using Mcafee and now the system needs latest updates of antivirus and updates are done.
The problem is

1. In some systems, an automatic message is being popped up often as "Virus Scan Alert!" with following informations
Name: C:\windows\System32\svchost.exe:KERNEL32.LoadLibraryA
Detected AS: BO:Writable BO:Stack
State:Blocked by Buffer Overflow Protection
I scanned all the drives again for virus and the result is nothing found.
I also tried to delete the file "svchost.exe"but i am unable to do it.
I hope it is not a virus but i have to fix it.
I even uninstalled the Mcafee Antivirus software and reinstalled newly in that system and again it(the popup message) is coming.
After new installation of Antivirus, when i try to update the antivirus with latest update, I also find this error.
A message box with heading "SuperDAT Notify" and with message "Error:Unable to backup existing file. Not Enough rights: Line:18"
and "buffer overflow" message is also coming often.

Problem 2:
In some systems, when i scan for virus it shows the message as virus detected but the virus file is not visible. I cant find the file to delete it.
I need solutions for these problems.
Pls give me a good result.

I agree. Re imaging or reinstalling the windows operating system seems like the only fix at this point since it seems like the anti virus isn't picking up the virus. Back up the files on an external hard drive and just reinstall windows.

It won't install

# Download McAfee Antivirus:

Click here if you are using Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP .

# Click on Run.
# When the download is complete, the installer will begin preparing itself.
# Begin the installation by clicking "Next".

# Select the appropriate License Expiry Type (in the drop down menu in the upper left of the window). Then select the button for "I accept the terms..." and click OK.
# If you already have McAfee Antivirus installed, you may see this screen. Just # click OK and the installer wizard will import your old settings into the new version of McAfee.
# For Setup, type Next
# The Wizard will now begin installing the files. It may pause the installation process and ask you to end particular applications so that it can safely continue the installation.
After a successful installation, McAfee will ask if you want to update the virus definitions and run a scan; you should do both.

Once installation is complete, McAfee will automatically update the virus definitions. Once the updates are finished click Close.

I am trying to download McAfee Antivirus and keep getting error 76556 that does not permit installation I already removed all the other Antivirus/Firewall from the computer.... But still when i try to...

Was the other antivirus/firewall program you had installed on your PC McAfee or another brand? If there was another brand (example: Symantec) you will need to run a full uninstall utility (accessable from most software vendors websites). If the other antivirus/firewall was McAfee, run the full uninstall utility which is called the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool which you can obtain at the link I provided below; again this is for McAfee products only. If the last software you had on your PC was McAfee, then run this tool, this will do a complete job of removing old remnants that Add/Remove does not. It will then reboot your PC, and after which you should be able to reinstall your new McAfee software.

http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,73330-order,3-page,1/description.html (McAfee only)

If it wasn't McAfee, you will have to check the company's site for a removal tool as Symantec (as an example) has one too.
