It sounds like a short to me. The fuse wouldn't blow without amperage going through it.

I do not work for Fimco or any other company that makes similar products, but given the number of problems I've encountered with your garden sprayers (specifically the cheap pumps you put on them) -- not to mention all the posts from people who've encountered similar problems -- might I humbly suggest you quit worrying about who compensates "experts" for their advice and concentrate instead on developing products that actually work the second time we use them. I'm doing everything in my power to trash your company's products because it's my obligation to help people avoid making the mistakes so many of us have already made in buying your junk.

Have you unscrewed the end off the wand?Do that and pull the trigger to flush out any debree

Is it possible that the pick-up tube inside the sprayer is clogged up, or the hose it damaged? Maybe dirt in the spray handle/wand?

cross the wires on the pressure switch, if it runs then, replace that switch is all!

old pump. they've been updated!

at the end of the pump little square box with one pillpes head ,take it off and there is another screw in there turn it until it works,
