Go here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1066&lang=eng. Select your operating system and ckick on Go. It will give you a list of all applicable drivers for the board.

You can download the audio driver that you need by going to the following website:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=8198

There you will find the driver for the Realtek AC97 Audio Driver. Download the file to and easy spot to remember. I would suggest saving it to your Desktop. Once the download is complete you can double click on the file and it will install itself to the correct location. You may have to reboot your PC after the install but once you do so you should be able to have full audio.
