I have found a different size in co2 cartridges, I think one was for a seltzer bottle, it is real close in size, but it gets stuck. Yours should just dump out the front, I don't think it is in the grip. No matter, wherever it is, it should just dump out, try hitting it on cushioned hard surface, muzzle down if it is the front, if not maybe a dowel with epoxy on it, touch the bottom of the cyl and let it set, then you can pull it out. Hopefully.
You need to check the rubber o-ring seals both in the plug and there could be another up in the gun where the cartridge end meets the inside. If you have a broken o-ring you should be able to find one that fits at your local hardware store or store that sells air rifles. Hope this helps.
