Here try this It is browsers dependent:
1.For Internet Explorer.
- Hold Down the "Windows Key+ R" on the keyboard it will open the run box. Or click on start then Run.
- Type in the run Box "inetcpl.cpl"
- Now you will find internet properties type at the below in the home page box the page you want as your home page and then click on Ok.
2.For Google Chrome.
When you open Google Chrome, it shows a default homepage containing "Most Visited" page list and Bookmarks history.
If you like a blank page as homepage or want to change the homepage to some other website, then this tutorial will help you:
1. Open Chrome Options.
2. Now you have 2 options to change Homepage:
Option A:Select "
Open the following pages" option in "
On startup" section and click on "
Add" button.
Now type
about:blank in URL box to set homepage as blank or if you want to set it some other URL, then enter the full URL or select it from "
Recently visited sites" list if present.
Click on "
Add" button and then "
Close" the options window.
Option B:Select "
Open this page" option in "
Home page" section and enter
about:blank in the text box to set the homepage to blank or enter your desired website URL.
That's it. Now close the options window.
3. Now you can enjoy your desired homepage in Chrome as I have set it to a blank page:
