When you say "blurry" do you mean optically blurry or skipping frames, or maybe just very pixelated?
Blurry as in fog on a window means optics are probably dirty. A fingerprint, some KFC juice...all could cause blurry. You also didn't mentionw hat you are recording it on, but hope this helps a little.

blurry can be due to out of focus or camera shake are the most common if you are in video mode try turning off Auto focus and using manual or the other way around , next if the image is blurry while in close up mode when does the image become clear again ? what adjustments are necessary to get a sharp image ? moving the camera further away ? change settings ? add more light ? does your camera have a setting called MACRO ? It seems your device has the capabilities to shoot clear video close up so let me know if anything I have suggested worked or was of no help .
Just kidding. What kind of stReaky images is it recording? Is the problem that you are using it in bad light (eg indoors at night)? It could just be camera shake.
Make sure that your camera is in auto mode and try again - if it was in a slow shutter speed mode, then this could be more of a problem. Also try using flash, if you camera has one.
