mcdevito75 here, 1 of the buttons should say MODE, press this button and see the display blinking, NOW! press the set button for each function, after each function is set press MODE to move onto the next function, when all functions are set, press MODE again to see steady display.

I drilled a coupleof very small holes in the plastic part of the case and also in the watch band where it attaches to the case. I mixed strong epoxy glue (two part) and held the two pieces together with clamps over night. That was 6 months ago and it is still holding. The holes helped squeeze the glue into the joint. It sounds like your in the wrong time zone and day light saving is in the wrong mode.

They ususally say leave it alone for about 3-4 minutes and it goes back to time keeping mode. Or - you have "turned it off" a feature to conserve the battery while it sits in you drawer.
