Where can I take my radio for diagnosis and repair in the San Diego, CA area?
Turns out the radio isn't broken after all. In my research on your site I ran across a user who said he/she just plugged their radio in, turned it on and waited. I tried that and after a couple of minutes of a Sirius logo screen, then a blank screen followed by a high pitched beep the radio started playing again. I then remembered that one of the last things I input with the remote before the radio stopped working properly was mistakenly selecting an unwanted prompt on the AutoShutDown menu. When the radio finally came back on I selected Factory Default to reset all functions and now it operates properly. Thanks for the help.

steve_sandie here. Turns out the radio worked for a couple of days and now it's back to it's old tricks again. A Sirius logo screen, then a blank screen followed by a high pitched beep. Very frustrating.
