Reset shows on display of my GE space saver microwave oven

Don't know model of space saver microwave but purchased in 1983. Dimension is 13" deep and 30" wide. Unit sits over cooktop. Unit will not function. No response when any buttons are pushed. Display just says "RESET" I shut off the power to the unit hoping that it would reset at start up, but it didn't. Any suggestions?

My Panasonic Microwave Dimension 4 Convection is showing FFFF in the time display when I try to use it. What does this mean?

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/652153/Panasonic-Dimension4-Nn-C988w.html

FFFF is not mentioned in the user manual, but there may be some helpful information or contact information in it.

PANASONIC Dimension4 NN C988W Operating Manual And Cook Book

This is not certain, but it may be a part that is expensive to replace according to this other web site for a similar model Panasonic oven. That person said their microwave was still working.

Good day, I have a Panasonic Dimension III Microwave/Convection Oven 1983
Model NE-9910A.

I went to use it today and when I entered to nuk my coffee a FFFF display appeared where the clock normally appears. I went and found my operating instruction booklet and it indicated to "stop/reset" which I did. Next it indicates to contact a Panasonic Servicecenter. Can you help me out? ps. FFFF means that your display control board has an internal short. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the display control board which is no longer available. If you really wanted to fix the microwave you'd need to remove the display board and mail it to a place like Appliancetimers.com to have the part refurbished. The cost to have the part repaired is usually about $200-250 or so.

Ge space saver microwave oven Model number HVM1540SN2SS. Interior fan turns on when door is open. This just started yesterday. Please help

The possible issue may be some door sensor broken or work abnormal. Double check three door sensors, especially for two door sensors who are working on normal close state.

I have a GE space saver Model JVM3670 - it is not heating up

Generally if everything else looks like it is working fine, then the magnetron has quit and needs to be replaced. The magnetron is the part that heats the food. Unfortunately, it is common for this part to fail on GE microwaves and it isn't worth replacing as the cost of the part is almost the same as buying a new microwave.
Let me know how this works out for you.

Surface and night light bulbs

If the model number you have this listed under is correct, the bulb you need is part #AP2029997, made by GE. You can also purchase these bulbs at any hardware store. They are the half sized small base, 40 watt bulbs. If you can't find 40 watt, make sure you use a lower wattage rating. If you have questions, or if the model number is incorrect, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Code on the space between oven and microwave

It's normally about 30", but that info will be in either the installation manual or the owner's manual, depending on the brand you choose.

You mention SpaceSaver, that's GE.

You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

GE over the range space saver microwave

The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.

Let us know if the hard reset doesn't fix it.
