SOURCE: Goodman compressor cuts off when temp too high

When the condenser coil is dirty come high pressure and cut out the compressor, you can wash with the garden hose around the condenser coil before disconect the unit for prevent any electrocution or the sistem is overcharged

SOURCE: Compressor Fan stop working

Do you have a meter? Either the fan is bad or the capacitor is bad. Ohm out the fan and then the capacitor. Be sure you take the disconnect out of the electrical box on the side of the house and or trip the breaker off. The capacitor is a dual run one side operates the compressor and one side operates the fan. I would really bet on the capacitor being bad. Have seen that a lot in my experience. Be sure to make note of the wiring of the capacitor before you take it out to check and if you are not sure how to check it take it to the parts house and they can check it.

SOURCE: Blowing hot air, compressor not kicking on, just fan ? ?

are you speaking of the outside fan or inside? compressor should be a little warm but not boiling hot. the unit could be low on freon. if low it will run a while but the compressor will overheat and shut off leaving the fan running by itself ouside. if nothing outside is running check power. if you have power check the contacted outside to make sure it's pulled in. contacters are bad about going out on goodman untis. Also ants can get under contacts.

SOURCE: House HVAC Not Blowing

If the outside unit is running and the inside unit is not, probably a problem with the fan motor itself or its capacitor. If you have to have someone repair or replace the fan $200-$250 with parts, a capacitor for a service call and part $100 or so. Check it yourself first to see if there is anything obvious broken wire, hot connection, etc if you feel safe doing that. Turn the power off first. There is also a chance the thermostat could be the problem. Have you tried running the fan on the thermostat "fan on" setting?

SOURCE: inside the air is blowing,

Two things; outside does the compressor try to come on? If not you may have a switch\Thermotat problem. Also make sure the breaker to the outside unit hasn't tripped. If it has tripped there may still be a problem after you turn the breaker back on. If it's only the fan that's not coming on outside you will need a new capacitor or fan motor and compressor(if the fan motor is replaced you should have a new capacitor also. If it has been intensely hot your unit might have just gotten overworked. Then resetting the breaker is all that is needed. If you have continuos resettings you MUST call a qualified HVAC Tech.

Samsung rs2630sh not cooling or freezing

If it has fan to deliver cold air, and it is not working, cold air is stuck on the begining. So your fan could be dead. And I suppose, that compressor is running all the time. Even compressor could stert freezing if fan does not deliver cold air in fridge. The other option is, that there is not enough gas in the compressor. In this case compressor vould not be freezing, but line, going out of compressor has to be hot, if it is not, there is no gas.

Ac not blowing cool air. How many fan are there in the engine department? how does the fan system work to cool the condenser?

The fans are inportant but the regular raditior fan will do it and the road speed of the car will blow enough air though the codenser to make it cool if it's going to. Does the compressor turn on? if it does do the lines hooked to it get hot?( the small one) and the big one get cold? The condenser should get hot, Hot enough to burn you and the freon level may be wrong and or the compressor isn't pumping. ( brocken inside)

Very hot frame

turn your frig off as soon as possible! this is an easy fix but if it goes to long it can cause permanent damage to the compressor and then you have a huge repair bill, or a big piece of trash :(

What has happened is this:

There is a fan called the condenser fan that blows air across the compressor to keep it cool. This fan has stopped working for some reason and now the compressor is VERY hot. When this happens it stops running and you get zero cold produced.

The reason the mullion is hot is because there is tubing connected to the compressor that is run through this area for condensation prevention purposes. When the condenser fan stops working, this tubing gets much hotter than normal, and that is what you are feeling.

So, replace the condenser fan motor before the compressor gets to hot that it damages itself! If I can be of further help please let me know, good luck friend!

My coleman mah 3 roof top will not blowon fan side

Sounds like you have either a bad fan motor or a bad fan motor capacitor. When you turn the unit on with the fan not working, the compressor (the humming noise) runs and gets real hot real quick resulting in the compressor cutting off ( the nothing after) on it's inside high temp switch. This is what the compressor is designed to do so that when this happens, it does not burn the compressor out. Replace you fan capacitor, give the compressor an hour to cool, then try it. In most cases and if I'm correct, the unit will run just like you want it to. Good luck.

Condenser side & compressor getting very hot

There is a fan you should be able to hear in the freezer.(it may turn off when the door is opened so hold the door switch in) It's behind the rear cover inside the freezer. The only other fan is underneath the fridge at the back behind the cardboard cover where the compressor is.

Uotside unit blowing cool air but hot on the inside

It sounds like you have a unit called a heat pump. When a heat pump unit is in cooling mode the outside unit blows hot air and the inside unit blows cold air. If the outside unit is blowing cold then the indoor unit is most likely blowing room temperature or warm air. It sounds like the thermostat could be controlling incorrectly or you could have a failed reversing valve which is the device that switches the unit from heating to cooling mode.

Fan runs but blowing hot air. Thunderstorm reset some breakers. I did reset the two breakers inside the house and one unit working fine, upstairs unit fan running but blowing warm air only. Box out

Sounds like your Capacitor is bad, or you had a wire burn off compressor terminal or capacitor. Way you can check capacitor is take cover off and see if looks swollen. Make sure to turn off power before taking panel off.
