All cigarette lighters are secured with a fuse. look through the fuses, and you will find the problem.
the other possibility is, that the connector behind the lighter is fallen off.

Check the fuse box inside the truck and under the hood 1 should be marked for cigarette lighter or Power Point or accessory if you did not out you need to pull the cigarette lighter from the dash so you can get to the wires in the back of the lighter and then test the wires with a test light to see if it's getting power probably just a piece that's what generally goes wrong
