Que tal yo tambien tengo el mismo problema con mi tv insignia de 32¨ , mi problema es que la tv insignia no enciende a pesar de que la fuente genera todos los voltajes, al dar power el led cambia de rojo a azul pero no hace nada, como dije todos los voltajes estan presentes a la salida de la fuente, cambie todos los filtros de la fuente pero nada, gracias por su ayuda.

Hi, Your TV is on standby and does not switch on due to errors for fault within. This can be a protection cut off or a normal failure.
You need to start from checking the power supply unit which is a SMPS unit.
If there is ouput from the power supply the fault can be failure of the drive circuit , the light stays in orange due to this factor.
If you are equipped you can open to look for damaged capacitor or open resistors . Use a multimeter to check for possible short in the +B circuit so as to confirm by isolating the circuit for the power indicator to switch to green.
Segun el manual servicio, esta falla se debe a la placa A que esta defectuosa. Antes de reemplazar la placa A, seria necesario de revisar los voltages de la fuente de alimentacion.
