The following video is of a Hotpoint WF door seal replacement which is the same as the WMA series except the fascia panel is slightly different, make sure you take a photo of the wiring connections before you remove the fascia so you know where they go when you replace it

im not sure about this if the upper arm is working ok,because the lower arm gets the pressure first then sends it to the upper arm,if the water pressure to the machine is ok then the lower arm is at fault take another look at the lower arm something is not right with the lower arm.adrian;;
It could need a good cleaning. Residue from soap and food tend to build up in that area all along the bottom of the door and seal. The other issue could be the seal itself, check the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and make sure it is not torn or damaged.
Unless the water level is getting to high, it should be one of these two.
Let me know. If you can provide me with the model number, I might be able to get a little closer.
Regards,
as i remember it, you will have to take off the door front panel and slot in the seal from inside of the lower door. if im thinking of the wrong model and the advise is wrong i will get back to ya.
Hi. Check the doorseal by lifting the folded lip which faces toward the drum opening. Use a torch and carefully examine the doorseal. It may have a small hole which is hard to see at first.
If door seal is ok remove top of machine and check inlet valve. Turn power off and with your hand examine the inlet water valve. If it feels damp on the solenoid then it leaks from there and finds its way around to the front of the machine though the frame work. This leak happens due to to much water pressure at your laundry taps. If so install a pressure reducing valve before the water inlet hose and replace the water inlet valve in the machine as it is now faulty.

First of all check the outer lip of the doorseal. It must be damage freein the lower half of the door opening. Then lift the folded part of the lip which faces towards the drum. Examine the doorseal with a torch. If any holes are evident the doorseal must be replaced. If you are in melbourne metro area you can call me on 0417362396.

most likley cause of your problem is the grey bellows has a tear in it. Inspect the bellows to check for tears. Or you can remove the lower panel and run the washer and look for the leak that way. Im sure it is a tear in the belows. Not a diffacult part to replace if you are mechanicly inclined. Good luck.
