Wobbly steering could be bad ball joints, bad tie rods, loose lug bolts on the wheels, etc.......You need to find what is not right or take it in to a mechanic for a diagnosis.
This pressure can be determined from the MAX listing on the tire. If MAX is 44 psi, I suggest 34 to 36 lbs.
If your loads are heavier, go to the heavy side. Higher pressures help steering, lower pressures tend to stabilize the ride.
Sounds like Wheel bearings, have you checked em?, Balance your tyres??
Have you considered it being the bike Vibrating, some things have an accoustic Tune point??
