Hello sir , i installed windows7 in my pc but i cant hear sound. help me to solve this problem. my mother is M2N-MX SE PLUS

Hi vinayan092, The Asus website still do not have the audio driver for this model, try installing the windows Vista driver on this link http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2/M2NMX/#download, if you have installed this successfully, you can try to check in device manager if windows detected this successfully.

Asus P5KPL SE & Sata, Bios "Not Detected Problem"..

The Asus bios won't show SATA devices.
However if you are using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (or newer operating system then the devices should be detected. If this is not happening then enter the bios -- Storage Configuration -- Configuration Enhanced and set the IDE devices to compatible. This allows all drives to be "seen" and you should then be able to load an OS.

I cant install vista OS on this MBD , by sata HDD

You must enter setup at boot and select the CD/DVD as first boot. Then ensure that the BIOS settings have SATA enabled. When CD/DVD is first boot watch the screen for 'press any key to boot from cd' message is displayed. The boot screen will say how to enter setup. Typical buttons are F2, Delete, F1, F10 -you did not say which manufacturer. OEM trumps mobo maker with BIOS setup.
