You will see the word "SD" and an amount of storage on a SD card. On sim you wont find anything technical.

Hi, you will have to get a new charged battery to get the lens back in.

It's the same throughout all brands.... Remove battery cover or any cover holding sim card and/or SD card.
Locate the position the sim card is placed and insert it correctly. Do the same with the SD card if you have one. Put the device back together then switch on. The phone will check your sim card and connect to your network provider (if phone is unlocked to all networks) you will find out quick enough if the phone is locked to another provider, it won't work !
Assuming it pairs with your network, the on-screen instructions will tell you how to proceed, like any email accounts etc that you want synchronised with your device. It should automatically load your previous contacts and will install some updates automatically too.

that means the operation wasnt successful and in most cases, it wont cause any harm on your saved apps or files,but let me ask you.is ur screen still on ( i supposed, it just froze right)--what you can do is press the power and the home buttons again until it starts up and turn on-- see if you still get the same error

There is a code that needs to be input in a specific area to do so. Ask your seller for the correct number or u can can get it from your service provider. Ask them the number the SMS messages connect through.

Probably won't be able to find an English manual as it's a Chinese phone and nothing to do with Nokia. Clue would be that Nokia dont generally do Dual sim phones. This is a dodgy Chinese import.

Most common reason for your problem that I've heard is that Your sim is 3g and wont work in a Chinese 2g phone. Get one of the back street phone doctors to fiddle with it and you should be ok.

(Dont expect Nokia to fix it when it eventually dies, mind you... ) If you do find a manual in english it wont help. You need a gsm sim card, which networks dont issue anymore. Hope you didnt spend to much on this

Most probably the lens problem, it got stuck or it's damaged. Try to gently pull out the lens to see is it only got stuck or take it to service
