Make sure the charger operates first. If it does, try this. It worked for me. Put the battery in the freezer over night. In the morning put it in the sun for several hours. You must be sure the internal batteries are fully thawed. Then recharge normally. You'll get up to 75% capacity back. If this trick doesn't work, then the battery is not repairable.

Post a free ad on Craigs List telling people you need another one. Look on e-bay for the charger and lastly call the manufacturer and order another charger from them. You can get the 1800 # by google it on the internet.
Hi, no it wont the charger will not give it enough power on its own to allow you to use it, you need to leave it to charge as the charger only trickle charges it slowly to prevent damage being done to the battery, so you cant use it whilst its on charge as this could cause the charger to over heat.
you need to leave it on charge before you use it.
