Hi,
Hard
drive recovery software is the exact answer for your question how to restore crashed hard drive Mac data.
Some days back, due to software conflicts my Mac hard drive was crashed and I
was unable to access my data stored in it. I was really tensed because the
stored data was very much important to me. Then I searched over the internet
and found this software which successfully restored all my lost data and I was very
much happy after getting back my data. The software can be downloaded either
from official website or by simply clicking here.
Good
luck,

I have tried to do what that person said and it lets me delete everything but when i unplug it it still says theres music on it
wont let me delete musicand add more songs
When I explore the MP3 player, the files I want to delete aren't listed in the folder. I can add and delete to the MP3 player, but there are 5 or 6 files on the player that don't show up in Explorer.
I delete the content using Windows Explorer, but it doesn't actually delete it from the mp3 player itself. Any suggestions?
