Hello,
This laptop is made by TriGem. You can access drivers from this link:
http://www.trigem.com/us/support/drivers.asp
Select Notebooks in the category drop down and then 3200 seres in the model drop down. Next click the Averatec 3200 series link just below the model drop down box. The webpage will then populate with available drivers for windows XP and windows 2000. They do not supply drivers for Vista or Windows 7.
Regards,
Chris
Hi there, please go to http://www.trigem.com/support/drivers.asp and choose your model and download the drivers.
If this solution help please give me your vote and rate.
Thank you
Your new install of Windows will be using generic drivers. You need to update to the specific touchpad drivers. Download them from Trigem (Averatec is a brand name owned by trigem) http://www.trigem.com/us/support/drivers.asp
Here is TriGem's site (they make Averatec laptop).
I see the 3200, 3300 series among other models, but I did not see the 3100 series laptop. Drivers from the 3200 may work.
Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
1. try to do a manual update through the windows website to have windows detecting your hardware and the drivers you need that may be avaliable throught the ms update website.
Alright I spent days finding this but it worked for me. I used the drivers for the Averatec 2100 series for WiFi drivers. All the other drivers for my 3200 series worked from the download site at trigem.com
