Hi your phone is slow because probably you have memory card over 1GB capacity and it`s full оr problem with the software or the programs you instal on your phone.

The best way to speed up your phone is that ...you should keep as much as space free on your phone memory..keep all data on the memory card only..and regularaly scan your phone with good antivirus that will definitely help with your problem
