We normally do the quick wash about 30 min but the machine does the full cycle the water heats up but the dishes is dirty and it does not use all the detergent
Is it a film or spots? if so its your water and not the dishwasher actually. go to www.dishwasherfilter.com and check out their filter system. it works great and should solve your problem.

If your dishwasher is cleaning poorly, check these:
Water-inlet valve
Internal filters
Drain valve
Spray arms
Water temperature
Detergent cup
Water-inlet valve
Most cleaning problems are caused by the dishwasher not getting enough wash water, so the water-inlet valve is often to blame. This valve is usually at the bottom left or right of the dishwasher, behind the lower access panel. It's the device with the main water line from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.
When a water-inlet valve is defective, you may hear the sound that's usually referred to as "water hammer." If the water-inlet valve is defective, you need to completely replace it.

There is a screen on the drain area of the bottom of the dishwasher that needs to be cleaned. It has a plastic mesh screen on it - you can't miss it. Second get an old toothbrush and clean out the little jets on the washing arms that spin around. You will notice these holes are clogged up with calcium deposits etc. Those things done you will have a new dishwasher again. You need to do this every 6 months or so. Also use a rinse conditioner for a while to assure the jets are clean. Good Luck

Heat that is retained in the dishes is largely responsible for drying
in this dishwasher. Since plastics do not retain heat very well, they
will not dry as well as glasses, ceramics or metal dishes. Rinse aid
must be used so that the final rinse water will sheen off of the dishes
to accommodate this drying process. The heater element at the bottom of
the tub is used to add heat during the drying cycle to aid in this
process as well. This model of dishwasher does not have any forced air
circulation system. Here are some tips that may help you resolve your
drying problem:
This dishwasher has a heater fault detection circuit. If the heater is
not working, the control will detect the lack of increase in water
temperature. The dishwasher will stop and the CLEAN light will blink
seven times repeatedly. The dishwasher would not be able to be used
until the problem is corrected and the control is reset.
