Unlock Region Code for LG XB12 Mini Home Theater

How can I program my mini home theater for Multi-Region. It asks for a Region Code if I put a DVD from another area.

Below is the only known process to unlock the region settings on that model of dvd player.

Make sure there is no disc in it
Turn on by pressing "Power"
(--------) apears an "No Disc"
Press "Pause" on remote and "314159"
"Code" apears
Press "0"
"Code 00" apears
press "enter"
Press "Pause" on remote
Turn off and on

Hope this works for you, let me know. If it doesn't then there are no available region hacks for your dvd player.

My LG MINI HOME THEATRE had a problem, which i suspect my children lucked it, becouse it's responding at all when i want to play it. It always show on the srean; REPAET DEMO PLAYER. How do i solve this problem?

Hi Elizabeth. Not all DVD players are able to be made "multi region". The model numbers of DVD players that are multi region have the same model number as a "home" region player. There is no difference in the appearance of the unit. If it was sold to you by a retailer on the understanding that it could be made a multi region, then I suggest you call them ask ask for the code. Quite often, there is a procedure to follow when converting a DVD player to multi region - along the lines of - place the non region disk in the tray and press buttons X, X and X. I know this doesn't answer your question but I hope it gives you an explanation!
