A Neff warming drawer red light flashes

There is a 'plug and socket' connector at the back of the warming drawer which does wear and eventually start to make erratic or no electrical contact. The drawer electronics read this as an open drawer and switch off the power to the heating element (flashing red light). If your competent the drawer can be stripped down and the contacts serviced or replaced otherwise consult a service technician.

POT AND PAN DRAWER WON'T CLOSE PROPERLY

Take out the drawer. Lift it out. Make sure nothing is in the tracks. Take everything out of the drawer. Put it back and watch the tracks. If it closes properly you've over loaded it, otherwise you have bad tracks.

Electric warming drawer will not heat

Found that there is an electrical connection at the point the main electric enters the back of the stove. There is a connector for the element that was not connected. Now it works!
