Ok you need to check your machine is level- if not adjust feet. You aslo need to check the Bias spring is still attached if not get a new one or re-attach it. The Bias spring is a little spring that connects from the top of the front left suspention rod to the top of the plastic bowl cover (this spring is meant to help stop it going out of balance so easy. Cheers

Drum hitting sides of machine in spinning cycle (unbalance)

It sounds like you may have to many clothes in it. Try to remove some or reposition them. Sometimes the clothes get pushed to one side of the drum during the spin cycle and all of the weight to one side is making it off balanced.

Washing machine off balance in one cycle

Make sure washer is on a level surface and all four feet adjusted properly. A slight forward lean may help with this problem as the out of balance switch is at the rear.

Shakes during spin cycle

Most out of balance problems are from the clothes in it. Stop it, move the clothes around - kind of even out the load and try again.

Washing machine very loud and machine moves during spin cycle

Normal these mean unbalance load of clothes. Try to balance it with heavy clothes opposite each other. The fabric that hold more water tend to be heavier during the spin cycle. Also try not to overload the machine by washing clothes just half to 3 quarters full
