/D OFF Indicator
The instrument cluster receives the O/D OFF indicator status from the PCM over the communication network. When the overdrive function is turned off, the PCM sends a command to the instrument cluster to turn on the O/D OFF indicator. When a powertrain concern exists, the O/D OFF indicator flashes amber and illuminates green when overdrive is selected off. What code ? you said solenoid A -

Could be a wiring problem . Did you check the solenoid A wiring circuit back to the PCM ?
Programming problems with the PCM. Anytime you change an engine or other major component it must match exactly with the PCM . If the pcm was replaced with the engine, then the message being received from the ignition module is not recognizable and the pcm will not shut off the engine. Either the PCM has to be re flashed by a professional to match your old ignition module.
P0513 stands for invalid SKIM Key. Basically it means that the "computer chip" that is in your ignition key which has a special code is not recognized by your vehcile compter (PCM). In most cases that I have come across is that either your VIN is not entered or is the incorrect VIN programmed into the PCM. Have you recently changed the PCM ? You may try another ignition key but I doubt that would work unless you are using the wrong key for the vehicle. You will need special diagnostic computer programs in order to correct this problem. Most likely your PCM will need to be "Flashed" to the VIN. This really isn't a weekend/backyard/part time mechanic fix. Hope this helps you to understand what the code is and what it means. Guessing the vehicle won't start.....
If you have the PCM display flashing ,it means it has lost the PCM link with what ever equipment you have connected to this receiver. The light should be steady if all is OK. Try replacing the optical / coaxial cable.
This camera should not make any noise when you lift the flash head up as it is a manual system i.e. you have to physically lift it up,
It will make some noise as you zoom backward and forwards as it has a zoom motor for the flash head so the flash coverage is correct at different focal lengths.
If you are saying it is floppy then it is broken and needs to be looked at, if you carry on trying to use it, something may short out in the head and cause a loud bang and you camera will stop working.
how do I fix that from flashing ??
