A Frigidaire Custom Imperial double wall oven, circa 1966-1970, custom installed into brick wall needs to be replaced, in my home's kitchen. Is there a double wall oven currently available to replace the 1960's which measures less than 21 3/4 in. wide, 443/8 in. high, & 24 1/2 in. deep?

Having the same problem. Need to replace a built in double oven from the 60s. Having a hard time finding something to fit the hole. Did you have any luck?

Oven is not working its 5 years frigdare electronic elements are ok

Try setting clock before presuming board is faulty, ovens shouldn't work if clock is flashing or timer is counting down or bell symbol flashing. Consult your instructions

Having taken the oven out to fix a problem with the hob (720EF double oven and grill), reinstalled the oven and powered –up, the clock won’t come on and stay on, the oven and hob appear to work! Any...

Both the top and bottom oven will only work if a time (any time) has been set on the clock. Setting the time operates a contact to switch the power through. The only exception is the grill. This will work even if the time has not been set. So if the oven controls/lights and heating work, to me it means that the clock/timer is half working and the only thing that isn't is the display.
I haven't had the clock/timer to bits but a fellow blogger has said that in some timers there is an electrolytic capacitor that controls the display. When this fails as they are renowned for doing, the dispaly mal functions. If there is one then Maplin have some - VHR41W/43W and DT64U depending on value etc. Let us know how you get on.
If you need a new clock/timer they are around £80 from espares.

Turn off the timer on an old imperial st george

I have this exact same oven and this "feature" annoys me no end. To turn it off ... turn the clock dial to PAST the time that the timer dial shows. EG: If your timer dial is showing 6, turn the clock dial so that it rolls past 6 o'clock. This will pop out the timer dial and thus turn off the timer, allowing you to use the oven normally.

To stop accidentally pushing/turning that timer dial, I removed the knobs. Good luck.

Oven door locked

ah, you lucky guy. You can try a hard reset by unplugging the range for a good 1/2 hour, then plug back in. Unfortunutely this probably won't work, as these clock/timers are notorious for only lasting a few years. You have to blow $150+ and replace the clock/timer. Note: A hair dryer will help you get the face off the old one to put onto the new one.
