This of course depends on why the light is on! If you had a fax come in and it is in memory, you will need to print the fax and clear the memory before the light will go out. The LCD Display should be telling you why that light is on.

1. There is a fax or print job in memory waiting to be printed.--> See steps below
2. There is a paper jam --> Open printer - Remove all paper - Close printer - press OK button
3. You are out of ink or the cartridges are low. - Change Cartridges

2000 regal security light on

The ECU had reports that repeated which in turn would bring on the warning light. When you turned the ignition off then on again if the fault was no longer being reported it would put the warning light out. The fault memory will still have that record. Best get the fault memory interrogated (special fault reader required) to find out what action if any is required and also clear the memory.

Canon t3i will not turn on without sd card?

This a situation the manual not even mentions. The red light on the bottom right of the camera is the memory access indicator. It should light green as I remember ok. And blink when it is writing to or reading from the memory. If it is red, it means : this is not ok.
This light is not a gadget. It should be taken serious. As long as it is burning, of flashing you are not supposed to switch of the camera or to remove the memory card. If you still open the memory compartment or switch of the camera or remove the battery, while the camera indicates I'n accessing the memory, serious damage can occur to the memory card.
You could lose all your pictures, because of it.
I would suggest, make sure your battery is charged correctly.
Format your memory card in a PC with FAT 32.
Check if al contacts in the camera are clean and shiny. (Battery and memory card contacts too)
The place the battery and the memory card in the camera and try switching it on again. If it should start, first do a format of the memory card in the camera before you starts taking pictures, of the camera has its own format and can make a folder.

You should be able to switch on the camera without a memory card inside. The camera will us the internal buffer, to let you take a picture in DEMO mode.

I hope the red light does not indicate your internal memory is corrupted. Because if nothing helps and the red light comes back, I think you should contact a Canon service centre.

Hi My PSP's orange ligth won't turn off just always lightning when turn on my psp it's lightning with green light

Hi khangal74,
If you dont have issues playing your usual psp games, you dont have to worry about the orange light. That is normal. It means that your PSP is saving the data to your memory stick. Also make sure that your WLan switch is turned off ( that also causes a blinking orange light ). However, if you are experiencing a flickering orange light and your screen remains black ( and you cannot play any games), it means that your PSP is having issues reading you memory card.
Do these:
Remove the memory card and turn your PSP on without the memory card (it should turn on with no problems) Now, slowly re-insert your Memory stick. (You may need to do this several times until your PSP recognizes your memory card) If this still does not work, your Memory stick is busted or may be infected with a virus and therefore needs to be replaced.
Wishing you with positive results. All the best to you.

In use/memory light

You can delete docs held in memory by going to Menu, View docs in memory, scroll down to delete. This makes the light turn off. My fax stopped taking faxes while I was away because this memory held too many docs and my ink was low. Very inconvenient.
