1 of three things could be wrong. 1- Something got under the key pad and it will need to be taken apart and cleaned. 2- The boot-loader is corrupt and needs to be re-flashed. 3- the ribbon cable is broken and needs to be replaced. either way you will need to send it to somebody unless you want to try it yourself if you spilled something on it and want to clean it.
To solve this you need to clean up the flex cable
in the screen.To do this u need 2 take your phone to an authorised phone repair person to get it done. If this doesn't work to need 2 replace the main flex cable.
