Am having ricoh 1013 photocopier, and its giving an error message that "functional error,switch off mainpower and on"!

Your question is somewhat confusing as to the model. There is no Nashua SC550 as that seems to be the service code you have an issue with. There is a model 1013F but there is no SC550 code for that machine. That being said I will tell you what an SC550 code means on most all Ricoh, Gestetner,Nashuatec machines. The SC550 means your fuser oil/cleaning web life is over. The solution for this is to replace the web and then reset the counter which requires entry into the service mode. Both of these are going to require a service technician to complete.

TD sensor error test value abnormal the TD sensor output voltage is less than 0.5v or more than 5.0v after 10 consecutive times during copying the possible cause willbe TD sensor defective,TD sensor not connected or connector damaged ,poor connection between the TD sensor and the I/o board (IOB),I/O board (IOB)defective ,toner supply defective

sound like it needs a service,u need to clean the optics and scrape the hot roller, engineer needs to do that though

Please clean or change the charge roller .The your problem in the HV parts.Verify the drum ground plate.

The problem is related to fusing temperature.

To resolve the problem, enter the SP mode : press the keys as per sequence given :

<clear modes(yellow)> <1> <0> <7>
keep STOP (red) key preseed for 3 seconds,
enter copy SP mode, Use OK or # keys.
press : 5 # 8 1 0 #
change the value from 0 to 1
turn the machine OFF and ON.

If the problem reoccurs, ckeck electrical connections in fuser.
check thermister, thermostat, fusing lamp etc. with the help of multimeter.
replace the defective parts in the fuser

Ok, its a firmware bug, but you should be able to reset it. Press clear modes, 1, 0, 7, and press and hold clear/stop. Press 1 for copy sp. Scroll down to 7, (data log) press 7. scroll to 7807, and reset it. exit all the way out, and recycle the power.
